1. How to place an order?

*Easy & simple! Just place the item in cart, enter your details, and checkout the order via credit card payment.

2. What payment method do you accept?

*We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple Pay payments, Wise Transfers, Bank/Wire Transfers.

3. How long it takes to process my order?

*Our handling time is 2-3 working days after we received your order. We'll send you the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

4. Are items posted in the website available?

*Yes. But we are also selling in another online platform. All items sold as First-Come-First-Serve basis. If you are not sure, please ask for assistance, we'll be happy to help you.

5. What shipping method do you use?

*All items will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) at Post Office of FedEx International Priority.

6. How to make sure that my order will arrive safe and secure?

*Items are bubble wrapped & securely packed in a carton box.

7. What is the Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) of my order(s)?

*Depending on your country, usually it will take 7-14 Working Days. However, we will not be responsible for any delays in transit due to unforeseen circumstances. A tracking number will be provided. 

8. Is customs duties/taxes included in the shipment?

*No. We will not be responsible for customs duties & taxes that may apply to your order. If you are not sure, please check with the Customs Office in your area.
